A Bit About Me
My name is Marva Goodson-Miller. I am a postdoctoral research scholar at Vanderbilt University's Center for the Study of Democratic Institutions in the Department of Political Science. My work aims to understand the causes and consequences of crime-involved women's egocentric (personal) social network configurations. My research has been supported by the National Science Foundation, NASEM Ford Foundation, and State of Michigan KCP Future Faculty Fellowship. I have published my research in the Journal of Health and Social Behavior, Social Networks, Criminal Justice and Behavior, Feminist Criminology, and the International Journal of Offender Therapy and Comparative Criminology.
